What to bring (and what not to bring) to treatment.

Basic Clothing

Seven days worth of clothing. This includes shoes, shirts, pants, socks, undergarments, pajamas, bathrobe, slippers, and a seasonally appropriate jacket.

Personal hygiene & beauty items

This includes a 30-day supply of items such as soap, toothpaste, hairstyling products, sunscreen(all alcohol free)

Cash Or Credit Card

Off site outings may be scheduled

Reading Materials
Identification and insurance cards

Contraband List

Drugs, alcohol, and prohibited medication
Guns, knives, or other weapons

The adjustment to sobriety can trigger strong emotions. Ensuring the facility is free of items that could cause potential harm is imperative.

Toiletries & beauty products that contain alcohol

Mouthwash, perfume, and other personal items containing alcohol are not allowed due to the potential for misuse.

Outside food & drinks

Meals are planned to provide you with the nutrients your body needs. If you have specific dietary needs due to allergies or other concerns, discuss this during admission or with your counselor.

Nail polish or nail polish remover
Cleaning products
Video games, DVDs, sporting equipment, playing cards, & other recreational items
Pornography
Electronics that require Internet usage
Revealing clothing or clothing with profanity or references to drugs, alcohol, violence or gang affiliation
Candles & incense
